We try and keep 99% of everything on this site about Fibromyalgia, but sometimes you come across something that is worth talking about.
About 2 months ago I was bought some new living room furniture. Everything was fine, but about 1 month after buying it, the red couch began to turn everything pink… and it would not wash out. The store agreed that the couch was defective and they would replace it… but the couch had been discontinued because of similar problems to others, and we would have to pick out a new couch.
When I went back to the store, the replacement couch was $55 more, and they wanted to charge me $80 for delivery of the replacement couch and pick up of the defective couch. Somehow I just didn't feel it was my problem to pay another $135 out of my pocket.
I was telling a friend of mine from church about this and she said the same thing happened to her with some furniture she bought, but everything worked out just fine. The store didn't want to honor her request, but they did any way.
There was a big difference. She called her lawyer about it. Her lawyer called the store manager. The store told her to find a new couch, plus an extra $100 allowance to cover any price difference, plus free shipping.
Well I asked her about why she would pay $150 for a lawyer to solve a small problem, she told me she pays for her lawyer the same way she pays for health insurance. She pays $26 per month. She gets unlimited access to her lawyer, got her will and living trust done, etc.
She referred me to use it, and I must say, I am impressed, got my will done, my husband is happy with the whole package (he already has had one speeding ticket taken care of 
) . This is probably one of the best things I have spent money on in the last couple of years. I know that it can be used for so much more, but if there was anything that made more sense to me… I knew I needed to get this done.
